The person behind Quintera

Felipe Quintana.
Independent consulting.

I run Quintera, an independent consulting practice for workflow automation, app integrations, reporting and AI pilots. Projects can use Microsoft tools, Zapier, Make, n8n or a custom connection, depending on what the work needs.

I start with the work: who updates the information, what decisions it supports and what you want to improve first.

For IT providers and agencies: discuss one shared project.

How I approach the work

Choose a first step we can test.

The proposal explains what we will build, what access is needed and how we will check that it solves the problem. We use it to agree what the first build includes.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Map the current process

Identify the recurring task, its source and the person responsible for it. Look at where updates, copying or checking become difficult.

  2. 02 / Agree

    Agree what to build first

Before work begins, put the result, included changes, anything we depend on, fee and timing in writing.

  3. 03 / Verify

    Check and hand over

Check the result using agreed sample records, including cases where something goes wrong. Provide instructions and name the person responsible for the next run.

Ways to begin

Choose the starting point that fits the problem.

AI workflows and agents

By proposal

Test one AI-assisted task with clear inputs, review steps and a way to measure the result.

Workflow review

$300 USD

Clarify one process and receive a written recommendation for a practical next step.

Reporting sprint

From $1,750 USD

Plan one recurring report using an agreed Excel or SharePoint source, with checks and a handover.

Power Apps consulting

By proposal

Plan an app around the records your team needs to review and update.

See the app approach

Before work begins, we agree what is included, access, timing and fees. The proposal also explains software and AI usage costs, rollout to your team and ongoing support.

See an example

See what the demo does and what it does not cover.

Quintera’s private demo uses four Dataverse tables and two published Power Apps with made-up records. A work-item status change was saved, reloaded, checked in both apps and changed back.

Follow the work-tracking walkthrough

The demo uses made-up data. It is not a client case study or evidence of savings. The public web example does not give access to the private apps. It demonstrates the Power Apps part of the offer, not Zapier, Make, n8n or an AI agent.

  • See the records: explore how company, engagement, work-item and update information fit together.
  • Check the rules: understand what counts as overdue or in need of attention at the fixed demo date.
  • Plan your own project: use the weekly reporting guide to agree the source, rules for handling problems and checks before automating.

Start with a brief description.

Tell me which report or workflow needs attention, where the information lives and who uses the result. We can discuss whether I can help and what to tackle first.
